The Self Help Market is always booming, but this time of year, when bathing suits come out, wallets start to empty, and change is in the air, there are books galore.

Do you want to lose weight before that big vacation to the beach? Check out these books:

  • Quantum Wellness Cleanse: The 21 Day Essential Guide by Kathy Freston. Weinstein Books (May 2009). This book will not only help your body, but your mind and spirit too!
